President - Alex Smith Alex manages the activities of BUSA, whilst ensuring that students are pleased with BUSA's performance. Alex communicates with Senior Management and University Administration, coordinates BUSA, and acts as the official representative of Bond students in various concerns. Alex is available to students to handle complaints regarding any issue not associated with a specific portfolio, or to discuss any other confidential concerns.

Vice-President (Education) - Ellen Williams Ellen coordinates the Education team, consisting of Publications, Advocacy, Special Interest and Post-Graduate Liaison. Ellen sits on various University committees and boards and represents student concerns about University regulations, assessment procedures, information services, core subjects, programs, courses and career development. Feel free to approach Ellen if you ever have any concerns about University policy or student representation.

Vice-President (Recreation) - Ben Mack
Ben works to oversee BUSA's combined Recreational activities and assist the President in representing the student voice to University Management. Ben coordinates the Rec Pod, including the Social Director, Campus Life Director and Cultural Clubs and Societies Director. Ben sits on numerous committees and liaises with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the recreational needs of every student are catered for. The organisation of Bond Week and Bondstock also fall within Ben's portfolio.

Vice-President (Sport) - Tim Lee
Tim oversees the activities of the Sporting Clubs Director and Sports Events Director and ensures all students are able to use sporting facilities and participate in sporting teams, clubs and activities. Tim also liaises regularly with the Fitness Centre and the Sporting Clubs Coordinator along with University management.

Treasurer - Alex Moss
Alex seeks to ensure the continued success and financial viability of BUSA. This includes all the banking and budgeting. The main responsibility occurs at the beginning of semester when Alex works closely with the Clubs and Societies Directors and President in allocating the Student Activity Membership contributions fairly and equitably to the university's cultural and sporting clubs and associations.

Secretary - Kristen Zornada
Kristen works to ensure BUSA's smooth management and is in charge of all administrative matters. It is Kristen's role to distribute information to other BUSA members and students. Kristen is also the person to speak to with regards to any constitutional matters.

Promotions Director - Tessa Grace Cochrane
Tessa works to keep students informed about the upcoming events and focuses much of their role on the facilitation of open communication across campus. A key responsibility of Tessa's role involves the promotion of SAM and the various avenues BUSA promotes this to the student body.

Sponsorship Director - James Graham
BUSA uses sponsorship from various advertisers and organisations to supplement funds for student activities and events. The task of contacting businesses, organising contracts, managing relationships and generally ensuring BUSA is able to generate independent profit falls within James' portfolio. This role is quite involved and keeps James very, very busy.

Publications Director - Natalie Brunoli
Nat is the editor of BUSA's key communication medium - our weekly publication Scope. This publication captures social and academic life at Bond, how BUSA is representing the student perspective in the University decision making process, as well as promoting upcoming events. Nat will also produce the Bond Yearbook in 093.

Advocacy Director - Lauren Ferguson
Laurent's role is both investigative and representative; advising students on University policy, procedure and process in the academic and behavioural arenas. While student representation and advice is central to this position, the other major responsibility is the management and implementation of the Legal Services. Legal Services is an arrangement with local Law Firms to provide consults with students who require legal advice.

Special Interests - Ashvind Prabahran
Ashvind is responsible for ensuring that all students are treated equally, and that there are sufficient support mechanisms present within the university and also external to the university for students who may be experiencing difficulties. Sporting Events Director - Ryan Lenegan
Ryan is responsible for the organisation, facilitation and promotion of sporting events on campus, whether professional or amateur. This includes traditional sporting events such as the Business v Law rugby, USA v Rest of the World Basketball, Australian Rules and Bond Race Day, plus the introduction of new sporting events. They also foster relationships with external sporting clubs and sponsors.

Sporting Clubs and Societies Director - Georgina Box
Georgie aims to assist sporting clubs with any of their sporting needs. They are the first port of call when sporting clubs have any issues ranging from funding allocations, sourcing coaches, entering into external competitions and any other enquiries about sport at Bond.

Cultural Clubs and Societies Director - Jimmy HvD
Jimmy provides the link between the social and cultural clubs and BUSA. One crucial responsibility is working at the beginning of each semester with the Treasurer to ensure that Activities Fees are allocated fairly. Jimmy also organises BUSA's involvement in Club Sign-On Day and Executive Drinks. Contact Jimmy with questions about establishing a new cultural club or information on an active club.

Campus Life Director - Paddy McNamee
Paddy focuses on maintaining the strong sense of community we have here at Bond. In particular there is a focus on Wednesday by the Water. Paddy also ensures that the services, including food, and facilities provided for all students are maintained. Lindsey's job is to represent the needs and concerns of the Postgraduate student sector. This position recognises the special needs of Post-graduate students, organises the Post-grad Cocktail Evening and seeks to optimise studying and socialising for their peers.
