Sifu George is a second-degree Tong Long Master grading to third-degree this year. Sifu George is an accredited Coach and Official for the sport of Kung Fu. The Australian Sports Commission on behalf of the Australian Kung Fu and Whusu Organisation issues the accreditation.

Sifu George is a disciple student of the world-renowned Grandmaster Henry Sue.

Club Description:

The Chinese Kung Fu Academy - Bond

Teaches Henry Sue circular hand Tong Long.
The Kung Fu component also includes a light introduction to Tai Chi.
Teaches a Powerful eight-lesson four-week self-defence course.

If you would like to learn an effective and recognised martial art Tong Long may then appeal to you. It will teach you the Art of fighting that is effective fast and furious.

The self-defence course is conducted over 4 weeks and limited to 20 persons. If you complete 80% of the course you will receive a certificate of completion. People who have completed this course leave feeling elevated and confident.

TONG LONG KUNG FU
Kung Fu Training is from 5.30pm -7.00pm every Monday and Wednesday. The cost is $50.00 per month for bond students and $80.00 per month for non-students.

SELF DEFENCE - KUNG FU INTRODUCTORY

The self-defence course commences week 2-5 every semester. There are only three self defence courses conducted each year. The course is conducted every Monday and Wednesday from 5.30pm-6.30pm. The cost is $50.00 for the eight-lesson four-week course.

The venue for Tong Long Kung Fu and the Self-defence course is the recreation room. The recreation room is situated above the squash courts.
