APPLICATION TO STAY ON CAMPUS FOR

May 2010 SEMESTER

 This form must be completed by all resident students and submitted online by Friday 5 March(Friday Week 7)

IMPORTANT NOTICES:

  • If this form is not received by the close date, your current room will be released and you will need to re-apply for your room at www.myroom.bond.edu.au.  
  • Check-out for all students currently living on campus is on or before 4:00pm Sunday 25 April (end of Week 14). All room keys must be returned by this time.
  • Check-in for students returning to live on campus next semester is on or after 10:00am 9 May (the start of Bond Week)
  • You must advise the accommodation office that you wish to stay in residence over the semester break - charges apply.

    • If you advise that you DO wish to stay on campus for the upcoming semester and then change your mind the following charges will apply:
      • Prior to end week 12 in the current semester - forfeit security deposit of $600.00
      • From week 12 in the current semester onwards you will forfeit security deposit of $600 plus the full semester accommodation fees if the University does not manage to fill the room.
