BUTTCRACK was designed to fill the void that existed amongst the Bond sporting community - a community that unconsciously neglected the less energetic, more 'intellectually athletic' sportsmen and sportswomen among us.

In just over one year BUTTCRACK has evolved to accommodate a range of 'less-active' sports; principal among them being: Chess, Cards (500, Bridge etc.) and Risk - the building blocks of this fine Klub. We have also expanded to include a variety of other classic boardgames, including Monopoly, Scrabble, and Guess Who? - just think of the fun!

So far, our focus has been on Chess, as it is the most ancient and noble of games and was the guiding inspiration behind the formation of this Klub. However, game such as Cranium, Imaginiff, Taboo, Scatergories, Cluedo, Jega, Balderdash and Uno as well as a complete poker set have been rented at a high rate by our members.

We have been running a semesterly Ladder of Royalty which is a chess tournament with an ultimate chess champion who goes down in history on our BUTTCRACK trophy. Our Klub has also been active in finding potential chess jobs for our elite players.

The chess boards are in the BUSA Office - so get out there and move some pieces!

The board games are available through me - so get in touch and have some fun! 

The trophy is on display in the Brasserie - so go admire its beauty and pay respect to the previous winners of our Ladder of Royalty!
