Asian Studies Association of Australia, Inc Presents:
ASAA Presidents Prize and DK Award for Outstanding Thesis on Asia
To qualify, a thesis must:
-deal wholly with a country or countries of Asia or with Australia's relationship with Asia
-be in humanities or social science disciplines, broadly defined
-have contributed to a doctoral degree conferred in 2007
-be the only nomination from its institution
The prize, known as the ASAA Presidents Prize, brings a cheque for $1000, a certificate and priority consideration for publication in one of the ASAA monograph series.
The winner also receives his/her choice of books tot eh value of AUD$500 from the DK website (www.dkagencies.com)
