Posters are a natural part of university life. However to ensure consistency and minimise fuss, there are a few regulations which must be abided by.
MANDATORY FEATURES OF A POSTER
1. Contact Details of Organiser 2. "18+ Identification" for overage events 3. Expiration Date in Calender Format (e.g. "Cleaners do not remove until 9 January 2009") 4. Must clearly state OB Event if it is an event by an OB Student or Group 5. BUSA "BUSA Approved" stamp on each poster
To get your posters stamped with "BUSA approved" , head over to the BUSA office located near the brasserie and ask any one of the friendly team to help you. |
